The Direct Leadership Institute is a registered corporate organization administering both customized and correspondent international education in leadership, management, and organizational development programmes towards meeting the human resources gap in Ghana and the West African sub region.
The Institute is the only organization with authorization from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), James Madison University (USA) to deliver the Certified Manager® (CM®) certification programme within the West African sub- region.
ICPM is the largest US-based certifying body for managers, supervisors, and leaders worldwide. ICPM trains and certifies current and prospective managers, leaders, and supervisors working in any field at any level.
The Institute is also the only Institute approved and certified to represent the International Association for People and Performance Development, IAPPD, in Ghana to administer IAPPD certification and service in Ghana.
The organisation has successfully trained many organisations ranging from public sector to private sector in diverse industries and disciplines. And is the first and the only organisation to have established the biggest gathering for project management professionals on the continent.
